Venture Capital in Spain – GED - GROUP

The GED Group, founded in 1996, is an independent venture capital group that operates in Southeastern Europe and the Iberian Peninsula. GED is made up of professionals with an extensive business and financial experience in venture capital, and is nowadays, the only Spanish firm of this sector that manages funds abroad, through GED Eastern Fund I- RPPF and GED Eastern Fund II. In the Iberian Peninsula GED manages the GED Iberian Fund I. The funds managed by the GED Group target small and medium-sized companies in the different countries where the group is present. The size per transaction is from €3-12 M and never more than 15% of the capital committed in each fund. The average maturation period for transactions is from 4 to 6 years. © Grupo Ged
