API Capital is a Private Equity and Venture Capital Company supervised by CMVM – The Portuguese Securities and Exchange Commission. API Capital is a member of APCRI – Portuguese Venture Capital Association and EVCA – European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Its mission is to excel in the contribution to fulfill API\'s goals and to invest venture or private equity capital in projects that meet API \'s requirements. In the pursuit of its mission, it is API Capital\'s duty to manage the investment of venture capital in projects of notorious technological and commercial merit, particularly the Knowledge-intensive ones that may be financed by non dedicated funds, even if it is not foreseeable that these projects will grow to meet API\'s requirements. © API Capital
