The purpose of the Dublin BIC is to increase the level of entrepreneurial activity and innovation within the region and improve the survival rates and growth prospects of new and existing small enterprises. It does this by providing assistance, on a selective basis, to prospective entrepreneurs, start-up businesses and established small businesses with potential for growth, exports and employment creation.
