Venture Capital in Germany – AVIDA Group

In 1999, the innotech management has set up the venture capital fund innotech Beteiligungsgesellschaft as well as a parallel fund with a total fund volume of around EUR 40 million. The Techinvest Beteiligungsgesellschaft is currently in the divestment stage. It is now the clear objective of AVIDA Group to prepare the portfolio companies for an exit, to provide targeted follow-on financings (where appropriate) and to successively divest the portfolio. At present, the portfolio consists of nine growth companies in the field of information and communication technologies as well as photonics which are based in Germany, Switzerland and the UK. © AVIDA Group
