Fin.Co is an independent company that provides buy-out capital and replacement capital to existing profitable companies in traditional sectors, growth markets and markets that are consolidating geographically, situated within the Benelux and its surronding countries. The size of the fund is 30mio. €, provided by private shareholders. From this amount, 18mio € is invested in existing companies. Fin.Co invests in established SMEs with sustainable cashflows and growth potential. The sectors of investment are diversified but will mainly focus on the business-to-business market. Fin.Co looks for niche markets with growth potential or markets that are geographically consolidating. Fin.Co focuses on investments within the Benelux and its surronding countries.
