Advent Business Sales have been instructed to offer for sale this popular pub. Established almost 50 years ago and in the hands of the current vendor for the past three years, it is now reluctantly offered for sale due to the vendor’s personal commitments. The public house is split into two main areas, one of which is a restaurant/bar area which can easily seat 50+ people. The other area is more of an entertainment area with a pool table, darts boards and plasma screens for sporting events.
