We are a gourmet cheesecake outlet that specializes in cheesecakes of various sizes (bite-size to full size)in 101 tantalizing flavours. There are currently two locations in operation: -Vancouver Island/Campbell River -Vancouver/Kitsilano We are selling to expand our ever growing business. The "small indulgence" market is bustling right now! (As it always has) People are always looking for ways to reward themselves. With our mini 'bite-size' cheesecakes or "Poppers", the indulgence can be guilt-free and delicious! As for competition, there really are no places to get good cheesecake, so the competition is pretty slim. If there were any sort of competition, it would be from Cheesecake ETC, The Cheesecake Factory, or Supermarket bakeries, but these are not specialty outlets, and none really compare.
