I am the North American equipment distributor and am looking for equipment owners/contractors for GUM GONE that will be interested in acquiring one machine to start (no commitment for additional) and developing the business locally. The machine comes to you directly from the factory. My responsibility is to promote the service in your area to all building managers/owners where ever people congregate and where gum has accumulated on the concrete surfaces. There is gum everywhere, finding out if the owners or building managers want to have it removed and removing it is your job. We supply the gum dissolving concentrate in 5 gallon boxes. The concentrate is proprietary and will cost $162 per gallon (in a 5 gallon box). The concentrate, when cut 5:1 is enough to clean about 15,000 sq. ft. of surface. Generally you can charge $.75 - $1.50 per sq. ft. You can clean about 2500 sq. ft. in one day. The price of the equipment is $3,550 for the GR9500 and $5,990 for the GR9999 - that includes freight from the factory. Local taxes need to be added, whatever they are. When you buy the equipment you pay the factory directly and the equipment is shipped to you directly. The equipment warranty is 3 years provided only the gum dissolving solution we supply is used in the machine. If you use other solutions in the equipment you risk losing the warranty. We do marketing from our office for you and drive as many leads as we can to you. It is your responsibility to follow up on our leads, create your own customers, make the deal, clean up the gum and collect the money from the customer. Each 5 gallon box is good for about 15,000 sq. ft of area. When you run out of concentrate solution we ship you another 5 gallon box at $162.00 per gallon, from Los Angeles or New York. With GUM GONE, there will be only 1 operator in each city. Ideally we will have 200 operators across the country. Operators in all states are required. Send email for full package.
