Venture Capital in Ukraine – SigmaBleyzer

SigmaBleyzer is a private equity firm focused on investing in regions that are making the transition to free market economies – specifically countries of the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. SigmaBleyzer launched its fourth fund, SigmaBleyzer Southeast European Fund IV (SBF IV), in 2005. The focus of SBF IV is on private equity buyout acquisitions in the countries of Southeast Europe. SigmaBleyzer has made a total of 84 investments in a number of industries. Those industries include Cable TV, Software Development, Confectioneries, Shipbuilding, Electrical Utilities, Industrial Equipment, Media, Metals and others. They pursue private equity opportunities with a clear exit potential in three to five years.
