Churchill Capital is an independent, privately held corporation co-founded by John J. (Hap) Fauth, its Chairman, and Michael J. Hahn, its President and Chief Executive Officer, in 1987. Since closing its first partnership, Churchill Capital Partners, in March 1989, Churchill Capital has been dedicated to conceptualizing, designing, developing, funding and managing multiple pools of investment capital through limited partnership structures. These partnerships are created to fund unique, mutually exclusive and independently staffed debt and equity investment strategies typically not found within the private capital marketplace. To date over $1.2 billion of capital has been raised through its seven partnerships. Four successive partnerships totaling $673 million are dedicated to providing subordinated debt capital.
