P. is a private investment fund based in Denver, Colorado that provides mezzanine debt and equity capital to companies that are historically profitable, have exceptional growth prospects and can benefit from their involvement. CapEx prefers later-stage private and small-cap public companies that have a proven business model and exceptional growth prospects. In general, CapEx targets companies with revenues of at least $10 million and EBITDA (Operating Cash Flow) of at least $2 million. CapEx will not invest in Start-ups or Early Stage ventures. CapEx investments generally range in size from $2 to $5 million.
