Estabished in 1995 in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. The fund is an early stage investor and focuses on information technology and communication investments across industry verticals. The General Partners are experienced in the full cycle of venture capital investing: sourcing, analyzing, investing, building, recruiting, operating, financing and exiting from portfolio companies. In the three funds currently under management, the General Partners have successfully managed investments in thirty-five companies. The Fund invests primarily in the Southeast, but maintains national and global networks through their co-investment and limited partners.
