Research Triangle Ventures, LP (\"RTV\") is a seed stage venture capital partnership based in Raleigh, North Carolina. RTV invests in emerging, high growth companies located in the Southeast with primary emphasis on the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. The three partners responsible for the management of RTV have been very active in the venture capital and entrepreneurial community in the Research Triangle Park area for many years, and have all been successful investors. They are focused on seed and early stage companies with reasonable initial capital requirements. They prefer milestone-based financing where the appropriate amount of capital is deployed to achieve visible, value changing milestones. They are focused on technology companies.
