SFI is a VC- and management company with unique skills and qualifications among its owners, both the private investors and The Fund. SFI canalizes these resources in the investment, development as well as the exit phase. SFI invests in small and medium sized enterprises. Essential investment criteria include growth potential, stability, profitability and market position. The target companies often face a change in ownership due to owner\'s retirement but also other situations are considered such as growth situations, management buy-outs etc. Investments are usually made at a stage of the target companies\' development, which is when SFI can contribute business-development experience aimed at high and profitable growth.
