Venture Capital in Poland – Regional Investment Fund

The Regional Investments Funds Ltd. (RFI) is a venture capital company operating within the framework of the European Union Programme Phare-Struder. The RFI concentrates its activities on equity investments in small and medium-sized enterprises located in the Lodz Voivodeship RFI provides funds to boost the growth of companies that offer interesting products (or services) and have successful management team, but due to the short track record or the lack of equity have insufficient credit standing. The RFI targets commercially viable projects run by the Polish or joint-venture companies that operate under the Polish Commercial Code. The maximum amount of RFI\'s financial commitment to any investment project ranges from 40,000 to 500,000 EUR.
