B&S is an independent, full-service private equity fund-of-funds dedicated to investing exclusively in European and United States venture capital, buyout and mezzanine funds solely on behalf of institutional clients based primarily in German-speaking countries. B&S was formed in October 1999 by Emmeram von Braun and Dr. Gottfried Schreiber in order to bring the private equity asset class to German-speaking institutions.
