Zernike Ventures invests in companies that have a proven concept. The companies we are interested in are technology based SME\'s. The Group creates synergy between innovative companies. Zernike Ventures does not aim by definition at a majority share interest in a company. The amount of money needed is not normative. If in a certain case we cannot commit to the total amount needed, we can cooperate with third parties or take the lead in bringing parties together.
