Established in 1979 by the vendors, it is now being reluctantly offered for sale due to their retirement plans. The business is currently staffed by the 2 full time vendors with 11 full time tilers, a full time driver and a part time secretary. Work is a mix of residential 40% and commercial 60% with a forward order book which averages 3 to 4 months at any one time.
