The vendor has identified that at present the business is a little overstaffed so a new owner could reduce costs there if they want to run the business themselves. Personal fitness training hasn’t really been tackled so with over 1000 members there is growth in this market, beauty therapy too! In addition to this a more aggressive sales and marketing approach would reap rewards as the club has very competitive membership fees and a large market to serve population wise.

1. The club currently takes less than £1000 a year on personal training. A club with over 1000 members should be taking 50 times this amount if managed and developed in the right way.
