The property consists of two semi detached houses that have been converted into one large house with a substantial well maintained secure garden to the rear of the premises. The home provides secure and stable environment for up to six residents who age from eighteen to sixty five years of age. All residents have learning difficulties or mental health issues and require twenty four hour support. These are long term residents whose fees are paid by the local health authority. The cost per adult varies between £36400 and £62400 per annum depending on the level of support required. All residents have day jobs. Physically the house consists of a kitchen, two large recreation rooms and a communal lounge. All residents have their own room with en suite facilities.
