Tim has 30 years business experience and specializes in business brokerage, investment property and land accumulation. Tim graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a BS in Business/Accounting. He is a CPA, Certified Public Accountant, and worked for both regional and national accounting firms. He no longer practices accounting. He was a Controller for a large Midwest Stock Broker and Venture Capital group for six years. Tim started and ran a software company for 16 years. He is employed with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Naples. Tim has been married to Molly for 35 years and has two grown children. He coached both pee-wee and high school football for ten years. He now volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and the Naples Winter Wine Festival, and plays golf as often as possible.

Mike Carr, Sr., CCIM, SIOR is the Naples Metro Commercial Director and selling manager who is responsible for all commercial activities for the company in Collier County. Mike specializes in industrial land, commercial buildings and land for retail/office use. Mike has brokered commercial real estate in SW Florida since 1980.
